Pre-Construction
- 18 Feb 2014: Purchased land.
- 31 Mar 2014: Five tenders sort.
- 27 May 2014: Final tender documents received by all builders.
- 06 Jun 2014: Accepted tender with Wisdom Homes.
- 11 Jul 2014: Cancelled project with Wisdom Homes.
- 25th Jul 2014: New Tenders with Metricon based on Glendale design rather than original Laguna.
- 20 Aug 2014: New Tender presented by Metricon.
- 25 Aug 2014: Accepted tender with Metricon.
- 2 Oct 2014: Contract signed.
- 15 Nov 2014: OSD finalised. Studio M internals all done. Electrical and AC all done. All in one day. Not bad.
- 01 Dec 2014: Studio M quote received.
- 03 Dec 2014: Studio M quote accepted.
- 12 Dec 2014: CDC Lodged.
- 21 Jan 2015: CDC approval and stamped plans received.
- 04 Feb 2014: Final Studio M variation received and accepted.
- 10 Feb 2014: Bank approval.
- 12 Feb 2014: Retaining walls built on site.
- 16 Feb 2015: Final construction drawings received.
- 18 Feb 2015: Site peg-out.
Construction
- 23 Feb 2015: File handed over to construction.
- 24 Feb 2015: Site Supervisor introduction.
- 24 Feb 2015: Excavation works started on site.
- 26 Feb 2015: Site fence and signage in place.
- 04 Mar 2015: Peiring.
- 06 Mar 2015: Slab form work started.
- 09 Mar 2015: Slab form complete and ready for concrete.
- 10 Mar 2015: Slab all finished.
- 14 Mar 2015: Water and Gas connected to the house.
- 16 Mar 2015: Storm water and drainage started.
- 19 Mar 2015: All drainage and OSD plumbing completed.
- 23 Mar 2015: Ground Floor frames started.
- 24 Mar 2015: Excess soil removed from site.
- 09 Apr 2015: Frame work complete (minus a few little things)
- 10 Apr 2015: Hebel cladding started
- 24 Apr 2015: Hebel cladding finished
- 11 May 2015: Fascia and guttering complete
- 12 May 2015: Roof tiles completed on main house
- 13 May2015: Two coats of render completed
- 14 May 2015: Plumbing and gas fit-out completed
